Yousmarg, meaning “Meadow of Jesus”, is one of the least commercialised destinations in Kashmir. The landscape is filled with dense pine forests, rolling meadows, and river streams. It’s perfect for silent travellers, photographers, and nature lovers seeking calm and solitude.

The Doodh Ganga is known for its milky-white, fast-flowing water that cuts through alpine forests. The road from Yousmarg to Doodh Ganga becomes especially magical when it rains — mist rising from the valley, wet trails shining, and horses calmly walking through the forest.
📍 How to Reach Yousmarg & Doodh Ganga
🚗 Yousmarg is around 50 km from Srinagar, a scenic 1.5–2 hour drive via Chadoora and Charar-e-Sharif.
